YUPO Synthetic Paper
Its matte, bright white surface gives artists the flexibility to work in several different mediums to achieve unique and creative results. Perfect for any artist who likes to experiment with their materials, and great for any use where a durable end product is desired.
Use this dimensionally-stable paper with acrylics, alcohol inks, oil pastel, pencil/graphite, and watercolours. For watercolor applications the surface may be wiped clean to restore the original white of the sheet, making it possible to lift colour for highlights or to correct errors with ease. It's also a wonderful printmaking paper, excelling for use with monotype and silkscreen, as well as offset printing and debossing.
YUPO Synthetic Paper is made of 100% polypropylene, a polymer that is used both as a plastic (for microwave-safe food containers) and as a fibre (for indoor/outdoor carpeting). This unique duality contributes to YUPOs ability to be durable, tear- and wrinkle-proof, yet lightweight. This tree-free paper is acid free with a neutral pH, waterproof, and recyclable.
