Prang Das Air Hardening Modeling Clay is great for children and adults alike.

If you love working with plasticine, but wish it were more permanent, then this is the option for you. This modeling clay hardens on its own overnight, but a few days of hardening is recommended so that your art piece will last for years to come. Any unused clay must be stored in an airtight container to prevent drying out. Great for crafters and hobbyists who enjoy making intricate pieces; model railway parts and dollhouse items can be made with great detail, and will remain permanent.

Das Air Hardening Clay

Takes a bit longer to dry than the Pepy's but still good. Takes acrylic paint well.

Easy to use!!

My teen had a volcanoe project due for school and this clay worked out well. Very easy to shape and once dry, took paint nicely as hoped.

Great intro product for sculpting

Das Air Dry Clay is such a great product if you are just getting into sculpting. Straight out of the package its easy to mold & holds it shape well. I also love the fact that you can add a little water to your fingertips in order to smooth out the clay. After long use it does create a "film" of sorts on your hands, but it is easily washed off with soap and water once you're done.
I'm only giving 4 stars because my absolute favourite air dry clay is Laguna Dry Hard (nothing comes close imo!), though Das is easier to mold, where Laguna is a little harder.
