French Ultramarine

Excellent watercolour. It's transparent, semi staining so it does life, granulates, and mixes well with many other colours.

Love the rich, lusciousness of this beautiful dark green. Place against any bright colours to make them pop on the paper.

DS Phthalo Blue Turquoise

Nice sort of cyan color, turquoise with more dilution. Definitely more green than Phthalo Blue GS. Local underwater sea color tends to be more green. Haven't experimented to much with mixes yet but you could probably get a good transparent undersea color with a transparent yellow or maybe even Phthalo Green YS. This color could be used as a cyan if you like a CYMK palette. Bit pricy for a phthalo color, but everything has gone up, and a little goes a long way.
