The Pebeo Phosphorescent Gels absorb natural or artificial light and re-emit it in the dark. These gels are slightly dyed in order to distinguish the colours more easily in the day. Apply thickly with a painting knife.
Made with a non-yellowing acrylic binder, the gels are translucent and indelible after drying.
